Ingredients

  • Possible:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. cider or rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice/pulp from 1 large orange
  • 5-6 thin slices of orange rind
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Blend and heat ingredients in pan on stove. Baste ham every 30-45 min.

Set oven at 350. Cut cross hatch in fat. Put 1/2 cup chicken stock in pan, baste, cover with foil. Bake for 1.5 hr., remove foil, baste every 30 min., cook for additional 1.5 hour (3 hr. total), internal temp. at 140. Let sit for 15 min.
