Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
- oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Dredge chicken lightly in flour
2. Mix egg, sugar and parmesan cheese in bowl.
3. Dip chicken breast into egg mixture
4. Heat oil in fry pan and fry chicken to golden brown.
5. Remove chicken from pan.
Make sauce:
1. Melt butter slowly in fry pan.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to smooth consistency.
Add chicken back to pan with sauce. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
