Ingredients
- 1 10oz pkg Lornia Doone Cookies (or any shortbread cookie), Crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 pkg instant french vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 2 pints vanilla ice cream- softened
- Cool whip
- Crushed Heath Bars

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together crushed cookies and melted butter
Pat in bottom of 9X13 pan, spray pan with pam
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Mix 2 pkg instant french vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk and softened vanilla ice cream
Spread on top of crust, cool for 30 minutes
Top with Cool Whip and crushed Heath Bars
Note: do not follow pudding instructions just add 2 cups milk
