Ingredients

  • 1

    10oz pkg Lornia Doone Cookies (or any shortbread cookie), Crushed

  • 1

    stick butter, melted

  • 2

    pkg instant french vanilla pudding

  • 2

    cups milk

  • 2

    pints vanilla ice cream- softened

  • Cool whip

  • Crushed Heath Bars

Directions

Mix together crushed cookies and melted butter Pat in bottom of 9X13 pan, spray pan with pam Bake at 350 for 15 minutes Mix 2 pkg instant french vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk and softened vanilla ice cream Spread on top of crust, cool for 30 minutes Top with Cool Whip and crushed Heath Bars Note: do not follow pudding instructions just add 2 cups milk
