Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 12 oz. melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 1 teas. cider vinegar
- 1 and 1/2 cps chopped walnuts
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and cool.
Beat egg whites with a dash of salt and then gradually add the sugar. Beat until stiff but not dry. Beat in the vanilla and vinegar.
Fold in the nuts and chocolate.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
