Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins or currants
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, gradually add sugar, salt, vanilla and lemon. Beat till bubbly. Fold in raisins and butter. Pour into prepared baked tart shells. Bake until set and nicely browned.
