Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c creole mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp parsley chopped

Preparation

Step 1


Mix all ingredient together with a burr mixer.

Chill and serve, over crab cakes, shrimp cocktail.
