Sugar Free Instant Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or 2 T. Truvia
  • 2 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients into food processor (doesn’t work in a blender) and pulse and blend until very smooth. Remove the blade and place in freezer for 10-12 minutes to firm up.
