Ingredients
- 2 packs of sausage
- 2 red peppers - sliced
- 2 green peppers - sliced
- 1 package of fresh mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion - sliced
- chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Poke holes in sausage - put sausage in pot covered with water - simmer until water is evaporated
add olive oil to pan
brown sausage
Remove sausage from pan
add olive oil to pan
add peppers, onions and mushrooms
cook for a few minutes until soft
add a little chicken broth
return sausage to pan and cook for a few minutes stirring
