Ingredients
- Dill Sauce:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 T grated onion
- 1/4 c half n half
- 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
- 1/8 t ground allspice
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 t dill weed
- 1 c sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together, shape in 1 inch balls, bake on broiler pan 20-30 mn. Drain, place in chafing dish, pour dill sauce over meatballs.
Dill Sauce:
Melt butter, stir in broth, salt, dill weed. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
