Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter, room temperature
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
- 2 c. smooth peanut butter
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/2 block parafin
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the butter, sugar and peanut butter in a food processor until smooth. Chill. Roll into 1 in. balls. Chill a second time until firm. Melt chocolate chips and parfin together. Dip balls into chocolate with a toothpick leaving a little peanut butter showing.
