Cajun Seafood Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Linguini
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flake
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp parsley flake
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Details

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente
2. Pour cream in a large skillet. Cook over Medium heat stirring constantly until just boiling.
3. Reduce heat, add herbs and vegetables.
4. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until thickened.
5. Stir in seafood, cooking until shrimp is no longer transparent.
6. Stir in cheeses and blend well
7. Drain pasta and top with seafood sauce.
