Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Tamari
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Asian chili sauce
- 1 cup pecan halves
Preparation
Step 1
* Place pecans on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 5 minutes..
* Place remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
* Add hot pecans to bowl and mix well to thoroughly coat.
* Return to baking sheet and cook for 7 minutes until nuts are toasted and topping is bubbling slightly.
* Remove from oven, sprinkle lightly with Maldon salt and let cool fully.
* Store in a tightly-covered container.
