Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

  • 3/4 c sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 peanut butter
  • 12 oz melted milk or dark choc chips

Preparation

Step 1

Place 36 (1 x 3/4 in) foil or paper petit four cups on tray. In a small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat powdered sugar, corn syrup and salt until smooth. Stir in peanut butter; if necessary, knead until blended.
Shape scan teaspoonfuls of peanut butter mixture into 36 balls; place on waxed paper. Spon 1 rounded teaspoonful melted chocolate into each cup. Place peanut butter ball in each cup; gently push down. Chill until firm.
