Ingredients

  • 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust softened as directed
  • 1 1/2 cups ham, cubed
  • 6 ounces (1 1/2 cup) swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup broccoli steamed and drained on paper towel
  • 5 eggs
  • Just a touch less than 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Step 1


Heat oven to 375°F.

Prepare pie crust as directed for one-crust filled pie using a 9 inch glass pie pan

Layer ham, cheese and broccoli in pie crust.
Beat eggs, milk and remaining ingredients together and pour into pie dish over the ham, broccoli and cheese

Bake at 375°F uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
