Asian Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 2 TBS rice vinegar
- 1 TBS minced ginger
- 1 TBS Sriracha
- 2 TBS sesame oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- zest and juice of 1 orange
- eight thin 1/4” pork chops, bone in
- 2 TBS chopped cilantro
- 2 green onions, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix ¼ cup oil with the next 8 ingredients in a food processor.
2. Marinade chops at least 30 minutes up to 8 hours.
3. Heat large stainless sauté pan over medium high heat and add remaining 1 tsp oil.
4. Brown chops 1-2 minutes per side.
5. If needed finish in 375 degree oven until internal temp reaches 155F.
6. Garnish with cilantro and green onion slices
