Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- granola
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Gently mix yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon.
In a tall parfait glass, layer granola, then yogurt mixture, then blueberries. Repeat.
