Orange, Pumpkin Seed, and Smoked Almond Granola

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup roasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1 ounce lightly salted, smoked almonds, chopped
- 5 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325°.
2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well with a spatula. Spread mixture on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 26 minutes. Cool completely.
