Dairy Free Whipped ‘Cream’ (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

  • 225 g/8oz firm Silken Tofu
  • 75 g/3oz Demarera Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Soy Milk
  • 1-2 TBSP Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1



Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until very smooth. Chill for at least one hour. Serve in place of normal whipped cream with pies, fruit, puddings.
