Ingredients

  • Bag of shredded hash browns
  • 2 C cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 1/2 - 2 C medium cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat soup, butter, sour cream & onion. Pour over potatoes in large mixing bowl. Add most of the cheese and stir.

Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle w/remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 mins.

Add chopped ham if desired.
