- 1 eggplant
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel eggplant and cut into ¾ inch slices
Melt butter with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Brush eggplant with butter mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Place eggplant on grill over medium heat for 10 minutes, until tender, turning and basting occasionally.
