Ingredients
- boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup liquid margarita mix
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- side dish of mexican rice, black beans and tortilla strips with pico de gallo

Step 1
pour margarita mix over chicken and marinate for 2 hours in fridge, dust with black pepper and grill. place chicken atop of black beans and serve with rice and pico de gallo sauce and tortilla strips
