Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
- 4 about 1-1/2 lb chicken breast halves; boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together buttermilk and not pepper sauce. Put chicken into
mixture to coat. Cover, and marinate in fridge eight hours or overnight.
Preheat overn to 350°F.
In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, flour, onion powder, cornstarch,
sugar, garlic salt, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Thoroughly coat chicken with bread crumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 3 to
5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
