    cup buttermilk

  • 1/4

    cup hot pepper sauce

  • 4

    about 1-1/2 lb chicken breast halves; boneless, skinless

  • 1/2

    cup dried bread crumbs

  • 1/4

    cup flour

  • 1

    teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2

    teaspoon cornstarch

  • 1/2

    teaspoon sugar

  • 1/2

    teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1/2

    teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2

    teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4

    teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 2

    tablespoon olive oil

Directions

In a bowl, mix together buttermilk and not pepper sauce. Put chicken into mixture to coat. Cover, and marinate in fridge eight hours or overnight. Preheat overn to 350°F. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, flour, onion powder, cornstarch, sugar, garlic salt, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Thoroughly coat chicken with bread crumb mixture. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
