Baked Crab Rangoon

You can make the crab mixture ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until ready to bake.

Ingredients
- 1 can white crabmeat
- 1/2 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 kraft mayonnaise or miracle whip
- Package of wonton wrappers
- Could add water chestnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Mix first four ingredients together in a bowl
2. Spray a medium muffin pan with some cooking spray
3. Place a wonton wrapper into each cup and gently press it down, forming a small cup
4. Spoon a teaspoon of crab mixture into each cup
5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until edges start to turn brown and the filling is heated through
