Ingredients
- zucchini
- red peppers
- green peppers
- yellow peppers
- red onion
- yellow squash
- portabello mushrooms
- or whatever veggies float your boat

Step 1
Cut the veggies the way you like.
Place in an aluminum foil lined grill pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and some balsamic vinegar. Toss well.
Turn grill to high. Cook turning frequently until starting to soften, then let sit on the pan for a bit without stirring. Let it caramelize a bit. Done..
