Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 cups corn kernels (You can substitute 6 cups frozen whole kernels or canned shoe peg corn, drained.)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Beat eggs with a fork in a large bowl. Stir in whipping cream and butter.
3. Gradually add sugar mixture, stirring until smooth. Stir in corn.
4. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until deep golden and mixture is set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
