Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless Pork Tenderloin Roast
  • 1 Tbsp dried Onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 3/4 cup Red Wine
  • 1 tsp Beef Bouillon granules or 1 cube

Preparation

Step 1

Place the pork roast into a greased 4 quart slow cooker

In a large bowl whisk together the dried onion flakes, black pepper, salt and garlic powder. Pour in the water, red wine and bouillon and whisk everything together thoroughly.

Pour red wine mixture over the pork toast. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 3 hours. Because pork tenderloin is such a lean cut you do not want to overcook this meat.
