Breakfast Pizza ***

Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns(thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 ts salt
  • 1/8 ts pepper
  • 2 T parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1- Line ungreased pizza pan w/ crescent rolls.
2- Brown sausage, drain well.
3- Layer sausage, potatoes, and cheddar.
4- Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well.
5-Pour over layers, sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese.
6- Bake 375* for 25 min.
