Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- Garlic powder to taste
- Seasoned salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
Preparation
Step 1
1. Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness.
2. Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoned salt.
3. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in oil for 4 mins; turn.
4. Top with the mushrooms, cheese, green onions and bacon.
5. Cover and cook 4 mins longer or until chicken is no longer pink.
