Swiss Cheese Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts (I use 4)
  • 8 slices swiss cheese (I use 5)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup of white wine or water
  • 1 cup herb seasoning stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange chicken in lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and water or wine stir well and spoon evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes uncovered.
