Steamer: BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons bbq flavor dry rub
  • BBQ sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Fill water tank with water.

Place chicken on work surface and apply the dry rub all over tenderloins.

Place chicken in steamer basket

Steam for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Remove from steamer and cut into 1/2-inch thick medallions.

Serve with BBQ sauce.
