Faux "Spaghetti" Squash Bake

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey or beef (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Hunt’s Low Sugar Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Spaghetti Squash - cooked


Servings 6


Step 1

Prepare spaghetti squash. Cut in half & microwave approx 8 minutes, shred

Brown ground turkey or beef and drain.

In 9 x 13 baking pan combine prepared spaghetti squash and cooked turkey or beef.

Stir in Hunt’s low sugar spaghetti sauce.

Top with approximately 2 cups of low-fat mozzarella cheese

Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is brown on top.
