Raspberry Peach Sorbet

Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced peaches, peeled
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks with juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, mix together peaches, raspberries, lime juice and honey until the fruit is slightly coated with honey.
2. Pour the fruit mixture into a blender. Add the orange juice and pineapple juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into a deep container with a lid and freeze until ready to serve (about 5-6 hours). Allow the sorbet to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving (this will make the sorbet easier to scoop).
