    C Panko

  • 1/4

    C chopped green onions

  • 1/4

    C chopped basil

    T chili sauce

  • 2

    t minced garlic

  • 1 1/2

    t hoisin (or fish sauce)

  • 1 1/2

    lb. ground chicken

  • 2

    beaten eggs

  • Sauce:

  • 1/4

    C soy sauce

  • 2

    T basil leaves

  • 1

    T chopped green onions

  • 2

    T orange juice

  • 1

    T lemon juice

  • 1 1/2

    t water

  • 1 1/2

    t mirin ( rice vinegar)

  • Dash crushed red pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl; shape into meatballs (1 1/2") @ 16 Heat large nonstick skillet over med-hi heat. Add 1 T olive oil & meatballs; cook 6 min., browning on all sides. Bake at 425 for 7 min. To prepare sauce, combine soy sauce, basil leaves, green onions, juices, water, miring & red pepper in small bowl. Serve with meatballs. Garnish with basil leaves & additional chopped green onions.
