Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb sausage
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup flour plus 2 teaspoons
  • 2 cups half and half or milk
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • prepared biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage and add red pepper flakes, about 12-15 minutes.

Stir in flour and mix with meat until dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Add cream and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thick and bubbly, about 5 minutes

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve over biscuits.
