Ingredients
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup hot, very strong coffee
- 1/4 t. sifted cocoa powder
- 1 cinnamon stick

Step 1
In medium saucepan, bring milk, vanilla and cinnamon just to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy, about 1 minute. In large mug, combine coffee and milk mixture. Sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with the cinnamon stick; serve.
