    cup skim milk

  • 1

    t. vanilla

  • ¼

    t. cinnamon

  • ½

    cup hot, very strong coffee

  • ¼

    t. sifted cocoa powder

  • 1

    cinnamon stick

Directions

In medium saucepan, bring milk, vanilla and cinnamon just to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy, about 1 minute. In large mug, combine coffee and milk mixture.
