Sausage Brunch Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs bulk breakfast sausage
- 1 6oz box cheese flavored croutons
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown sausage and drain well. Spread in 13x9x2 dish.
2. Sprinkle with croutons
3. Beat eggs and 2 ½ cups of milk and por over all.
4. Sprinkle with cheese
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight if you want to – you do not have to.
6. Before baking, blend soup with ½ cup milk and pour over all
7. Bake at 350 uncovered for 1-1 ½ hours. Let set before cutting
