Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Wisk eggs with milk, baking powder sal and pepper until well blended, let stand at room temperature 5-7 min.
2. Heat butter until sizzling over medium-high heat in a large skillet
3. Wisk egg mixture again briefly and then add cheese
4. Pour into hot skillet and cook until they have reached desired consistency
