• 3 eggs
• 1 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c zucchini grated
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325F and grease 2 loaf pans.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and a mix well. Pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour.
