Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients

• 3 sq unsweetened chocolate
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 c butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c boiling water
• 2 1/4 c flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 1/4 c packed brown sugar
• 1 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 2 9 in pans.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler; cool.
Sift flour, soda, and salt together.
Cream butter, brown sugar, and eggs until fluffy (5 mins) Add vanilla and cooled melted chocolate.
Stir in dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Beat until batter is smooth. Stir in boiling water.
Pour into pans and bake for 25-30 mins.
