Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Sounds a bit strange with the mayonnaise, but you cannot taste the mayonnaise. Extremely moist, delicious and easy to make cake.

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp soda
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 4 tbsp cocoa
• dash of salt
• 1 c of water
• 1 c miracle whip salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9x9 pan for single recipe or
double recipe for 2 9in pans or 13x9.
Preheat oven to 350F

Mix water and miracle whip together until well combined. Set aside.
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, powder, and cocoa.
Add water mixture to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add 2 tsp vanilla.
Bake for 35 min.

Allow to cool and frost with chocolate fudge frosting.
