Whipped Cream Frosting

Great for whoopie pies and on moist chocolate cake.

Ingredients

• 5 tbsp flour
• 1 c milk
• 1 c sugar
• 1/2 c shortening
• 1/2 c butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cook flour and milk until thick. Let cool.

Place flour mixture in mixer and add shortening, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat on highest speed for 10 minutes.
