Ingredients
- 1/2 pint heavy or whipping cream
- 1 pkg. SF instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Step 1
Whip the cream using mixer until stiff; set aside. In large bowl beat together the pudding mix, milk, pumpkin and spices until thick and smooth. Fold in whipped cream using low setting on mixer and finishing with a rubber spatula.
Cover and chill. Scoop into dessert dishes; garnish with additional whipped cream.
