Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups sugar
  • 2 large cans of evaporated milk
  • 2 tbs. vanilla
  • Regular milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs and milk. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes. Add sugar to egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and beat.
Put in ice cream freezer and add regular milk to fill freezer 3/4 of the way full.
Makes 1 gallon.
