Crepes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs; beat in oil and milk. Add flour and salt. Beat for three more minutes. Measure 1/4 cup batter at a time a hot 7" frying pan.
