Soy Simple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1-1/4 pounds)
- 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce, divided
- 2 tablespoons refrigerated ginger spice blend
- 1 tablespoon refrigerated garlic blend
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Step 1
1.In large zip-tight plastic bag, add pork, 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic. Seal bag, pressing out excess air. Massage ingredients in bag to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours to marinate.
2.Meanwhile, in small saucepan, stir together remaining 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce, water and cornstarch. Cook over medium-low heat about 2 minutes or until mixture simmers and becomes thick. Cover and keep warm.
3.Preheat grill pan over medium heat or prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Place pork in grill pan and cook 12 to 14 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, turning pork occasionally. Pork should be slightly pink in center. Slice pork diagonally to serve and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
