Directions

IN A 7 QUART CROCK POT CRUMBLE IN MEAT AND START COOKING IT ON HIGH. IN A DEEP FRYING PAN ADD IN OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, DICED RED AND GREEN PEPPERS AND ONION, SAUTÉ TILL ONIONS ARE TRANSIENT, ADD ALL INTO GROUND MEAT, CONTINUE TO COOK TILL MEAT IS BROWNED, ADD IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS, KEEP ON HIGH TILL IT IS HOT, HOLD ON HIGH 1 HOUR LONGER, TURN TO LOW AND LET COOK FOR 2 HOURS LONGER.
