Ingredients
- Ricotta – 2 lbs.,
- 2 eggs or 1 lb. 1 egg
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- Bit pepper
- Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook 1 box lasagna macaroni put salt & 1 tablespoon oil in water to stop sticking
Cook al dente – strain in colander
Chop up meatballs & sausage set aside
Put sauce at bottom of pan
1 layer macaroni-
Spread some ricotta cheese, some mozzarella-meatballs, sausage, parmesan cheese; add some sauce.
Spread another layer macaroni 3 cheese, meat and sauce
Last layer on top – just with sauce on it.
Cook at 350 for about ¾ - 1 hour
