Adobo Sirloin

Ingredients
- 1 juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (7 ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 pounds top sirloin steak
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, garlic, oregano and cumin. Finely chop the chile peppers and add to the mixture. Taste for heat and add some adobo sauce from the can, as desired.
2 Puncture the meat with a sharp knife several times. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over meat, turning to coat evenly, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
3 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
4 Grill steak over high heat until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
